How we do it.

First, you select a "Jamtrack" you would like your new hire(s) to complete. Jamtracks present a series of prompts or questions to help your new hire share parts of their life stories & inspirations at a comfortable level of depth.

Once your new hire(s) complete the initial Jamtrack, everyone on your team will receive an email introducing the new hire(s) with a copy of the Jamtrack embedded in the email. Other team members will be prompted to complete their Jamtracks if they haven't already.

Beyond sharing your new hire(s) Jamtrack with the team, our ChatGPT-enabled gift bot - Gifty - will analyze the Jamtrack(s) and email you a list of personalized gift ideas based on your new hire(s) stories & inspirations.
